Service Description

Namaste in School engages students of all ages in a delightful yoga experience tailored for their age. Through a custom curriculum full of engaging yoga activities for your group, children will explore the basics of yoga in a fun and nurturing environment. Students will be encouraged to listen to their body's cues while stretching and strengthening, alas. **Please note: Schools must provide a teacher to remain in the yoga room at all times during yoga class.
