Service Description

At Namaste In School, we offer engaging yoga classes tailored for high school students, available as an elective or part of the curriculum. Our sessions promote self-awareness, confidence, patience, and concentration while fostering a sense of calm. Join us to cultivate lifelong skills in a fun and supportive environment that harmonizes mind and body. **Please note: Schools must provide a teacher to remain in the yoga room at all times during yoga class.
